Grade 11 and 12 Registration – Wednesday, August 31

Please watch SchoolZone for confirmation of registration times as well as fee information.
It is a requirement that all students register prior to the first day of school on Thursday, September 1, 2011.

NOTE:
Debit and Credit Card Charges:  To reduce the escalating bank costs of offering the convenience of debit and credit card payments to students and parents for activities and fees, effective April 18, 2011 a per transaction surcharge will be levied.  A cost of $2.50 will be added to each payment being made by debit or credit card.

 

Pre-Enrollment Process – for September 2012

Please note that the pre-enrollment deadline this year is

Friday, April 13th, 2012.

 

1) Edmonton Public Students

Harry Ainlay staff will be visiting the following schools to collect Pre-enrollment  Passports in late March and early April:  Avalon, Avonmore, D.S. MacKenzie, Grandview, Johnny Bright, Kenilworth, McKernan, Vernon Barford.

If your child attends grade nine at one of the above schools, your junior high school will take care of your child’s registration.  Please follow the timeline set by your school.

If you attend another public high school or a junior high school that is not mentioned above, please bring your signed Pre-enrollment Passport to Harry Ainlay on Tuesday, April 10 between 3:30and 5:00 pm.

2) Students New to Edmonton Public Schools

If your child does not attend an Edmonton Public School (eg. Louis St. Laurent, Mount Carmel, Tempo, Aurora), you will need to visit Harry Ainlay to complete the pre-enrollment process.  We have set aside two days for this process:

Tuesday, April 3   – (4:00-5:30 pm) (Last name A-K)

Wednesday, April 4 – (4:00-5:30 pm) (Last Name L-Z)

 

Please bring the following documentation:

1) Government Identification (eg. Birth Certificate, Passport, Citizenship Card, Permanent Resident Card.)

2) Course history and attendance record – (i.e. most recent report card or school transcript)

3) Confirmation of Address – (Three documents that confirm your current address such as driver’s license, utility/phone bills, bank statements, mortgage statements, or rental agreements).

Random Selection Information

Students who live outside of the Harry Ainlay Attendance area may be subject to random selection conducted by Edmonton Public Schools.  Students who do not get into Harry Ainlay will be accommodated by their attendance area high school
